Accommodation is not included in your registration fee for the Congress. We have appointed HelmsBriscoe as the official booking agent for WMS 2026 in Hiroshima, Japan. Their agents will be happy to assist you with your bedroom reservation or other related arrangements.
We strongly advise booking your accommodation early to take advantage of lower prices and wider availability. Delegates are entirely responsible for their own accommodation arrangements and payments.
Please do not book accommodation if you do not have a confirmed Congress registration.
The Congress HQ Hotel is the ANA Crowne Plaza Hiroshima. Hotel rooms of different categories at reduced rates are available for the participants at WMS 2026 when booking through our official booking agent. Breakfast in this hotel is available from 06:00 to 10:00.

It has been brought to our attention that some delegates have been contacted by fake companies regarding hotel bookings for WMS 2026. Please be aware of emails from Exhibitor Housing Services (EHS) and Exhibitor Housing Management (EHM), Traveller Point (TP) and Travel Hosting Team (THT), and, more recently, Global Travel Services (GTS) and Support Global.
We believe that this is a scam. Please do not reply or engage with their communication at all.
You will only ever be contacted by our WMS Hotel Team for WMS 2026 accommodation managed by HelmsBriscoe at [email protected] if you have booked through their booking system available on the Congress website.
